These things affect whether you grow, stay stagnant, whether you increase your clientele or decrease your clientele. There are things that determine whether you will stay in business or whether your business will close. There are simply things that matter that often are either overlooked, ignored, brushed over, or tried once but because the desired results did not happen they are never looked at again. So, I wanted to walk through several areas that I personally feel matter when it comes to developing a sustainable and profitable business.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If an item you ordered from UImpact or UImpact Publishing Group does not meet your expectations due to an error on our part, simply return it by mail within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund.

Cancellation Policy
Online orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process. If the item you want to cancel has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled.

How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders placed Monday-Friday are shipped within 1-3 business days.
What shipping methods can I choose from and how long will they take?
All orders require 24-48 hours processing time. Each order is shipped via USPS Ground (Standard Shipping Method): 3-14 business days - depending where you live.
Will I get an email confirmation?
After you place an order we email you with pertinent information about your order's status. For instance, soon after you place an order, we send an email confirming we have received it. We send a second confirmation email when your order has shipped. We send more than one shipment confirmation email if we fulfill the order in multiple shipments. Please save these emails for your records. To ensure you get all email communications you should "white list" us in your address book (supprt@uimpactpublishing.com).
